ABOUT USPORTFOLIORESOURCESTESTIMONIALSCONTACT US
The services we provide our customers are mission critical and essential to communications with thier business prospects, customers and partners. We take the issues of uptime, connectivity and security of our systems as seriously as any Fortune 1000 firm would do.
The Data Center
We have partnered with eXchange data centers to offer the highest end services to our clients.  The eXchange e-location facility rivals or surpasses all standards for power, cooling, security and WAN and Internet connectivity that are set by major corporations.  At a time when many colocation facilities are facing financial difficulties, the eXchange facility enjoys high occupancy with numerous long term lessors that are large and well known companies including SBC, RCN Networks, XO Communications, and more.
Space Flexibility and Scalability
  • Our 23W x 37D x 84 secure steel cabinets include Patented locks guard on each individual cabinet with keys that cannot be duplicated.  Half racks are now available too.
  • eXchange's expantion of a 15-acre data center means our business, and yours, can grow quickly and without limitations.
Safety and Stability
  • Environmental Controls:
By deploying multiple, redundant 20 ton HVAC units, and the e-location facilities maintain constant ambient temperature of 72° F and humidity of 45%.  Optimal temperature and humidity range is monitored 24/7.
  • Fire Suppression:
Halon Fire Surpression Systems protect all data center areas.  Advanced warning systems are in place to detect electrical fires at the earliest stages.
  • Seismic Stability:
The facilities facilities meet or exceed functional California earthquake building code standards.
  • Electrical Systems:
The sophisticated electrical system architecture maximizes power availability and redundancy.  All electrical power systems are served by UPS systems that provide instantaneous switching in the event of catastrophic power grid failure.
  • Backup Power Supply:
Utilizing diesel generators to backup up power supply from the electrical grid, our on-site fuel supply can sustain peak power for over 24 hours before refueling.
Security
  • Biometric hand scanners
  • Video surveillance (recorded and archived)
  • Security patrols through entire facility
  • Secure, patrolled parking lot
  • Unique Card Keys (restricted access)
  • Entry Database Management (security entrance guarded)
  • Patented locks (keys cannot be duplicated)
  • 24 hour on-site security staff presence
Telco Facilities
Connectivity (Multiple Provider Access): offering independent connectivity to major carriers and telco service providers.  Bandwidth is available through multiple provider's Gigabit Ethernet connections.  This increases our choice of vendors, allows us to grow capacity quickly while managing our Internet access costs.
Multiple services are fed directly into eXchange facilities. Availability of services (DS1, DS3, OC3, OC12, OC48, OC192 and Gigabit Ethernet) through a variety of carriers assures choice and route diversity.
